Dropped off cushions in March and was told several times it was going to be completed over the months. Still nothing. He's nothing but a con and bad business company. I don't know how he stays in business. I have the text messages to prove it. Then he stopped answering my messages so I had to call. And he told me the same thing, that it was being worked on. 5 months later still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last one on earth. Plain out liar and poor business ethics.

Really don't want to do this since I had good communication with the owner. But until I was trying to do swap the seat myself and I realized I probably got scamed. Drop my seats off to them and wanted to have more lower back support and hamstring support due to the old seat and my sciatica pain. They quoted me $90 per seat and said they will shape the foam and make it more supportive. I even mentioned where specific I want more support on my lower back since everyone's posture is different. Got the seat back about a month later and I test-sit on it in their shop. There is definitely more foam but feel a little loose. At that time, I didn't think too much and paid my money with tip. Since then, I don't feel too much improvement but I blame myself due to my sciatica. Trying to find another set of seats with adjustable lumbar support and to swap into my truck. Until I found another set from similar year Bronco and I tried to swap the foam and cover since the ones on my seats are in better shape. So, I disassembled both and started the swap last night. ***If you don't have the time to read above, read this.*** I found what they actually "added" to my seat. Simply two piece of very
